Participants have three hours from the start of the last wave to complete the course. For example, if the last wave of the day is 12:00 pm you will have until 3:00 pm to complete the course. If you started at 10:00 am you will still have until 3:00 pm to finish. If you haven’t completed the course by the designated event cutoff time our medical staff will be forced to pull you from the course.
Three hours gives you enough time to walk the entire course at a fairly leisurely 22-minute mile pace. If you think you need more time, write to us and we will accommodate you for an earlier start!
